In dem kurzen Filmportrait wird mein Betrieb als Partner des Biosphärenreservates Flusslandschaft Elbe vorgestellt.
Über meinen Betrieb
Auf den Flächen meines Obsthofes, der Bioland zertifiziert ist, baue ich auf ca. 2,5 ha verschiedene Obstsorten u. a. Äpfel, Schwarze, Rote und Weiße Johannisbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Aroniabeeren an.
Gerne begrüße ich Sie auf meinem Hof - einer alten Büdnerei - und zeige Ihnen meine Obstanlage.
Eigener Obstanbau
Ich baue sowohl verschieden Apfelsorten an, als auch Beerenobst (Heidelbeeren, Aroniabeeren, Schwarze-, Rote- und Weiße Johannisbeeren) und Walnüsse an.

In meiner eigenen kleinen Mosterei stelle ich verschiedene Säfte her.
z.B Apfel-, Quitten-, Holunder- oder auch schwarzen Johannisbeersaft. Eine ganz besondere Spezialität ist mein Apfel-Rote-Beete-Saft.

Ein gesundes ordentliches sauberes Produkt finde ich besser als alles andere.

Des weiteren fertige ich in Kleinproduktion aus meinem eigenen Beerenobst und Wildsammlungen (z.B. Hagebutten und Schlehen) verschiedene Fruchtaufstriche.

Mit meiner schönen alten Obstpresse verarbeite ich auch gerne Ihr Obst aus ihrem eigenen Garten. Die Früchte werden gepresst und so haben sie ihren eigenen Apfelsaft von ihren eigenen Äpfeln.
Eigener Gemüseanbau
Als Selbstvermarkter baue ich auch verschiedene Grobgemüse wie z.B. Kürbise und Kartoffeln in verschiedenen Sorten an.

In meiner kleinen Heidelbeerplantage können Sie zur Erntezeit auch selbst Heidelbeeren pflücken.
Verkauf ab Hof und auf dem Markt
Kaufen können Sie meine Produkte mitwochs von 8:00 bis 13:00 Uhr auf dem Boizenburger Wochenmarkt.

Nach Terminvereinbarung auch gerne bei mir auf dem Hof.
Partnerschaft mit dem Biosphärenreservat

Beim Hoffest 2015 mit Unterstüzung des Biosphärenreservates
Als Partner des UNESCO Biosphärenreservates "Flusslandschaft Elbe" bin ich dessen Zielen verbunden.
So lege ich in meinem Betrieb großen Wert auf Biodiversität wie z.B. der Anlage von Blühstreifen, Steinhaufen, Nistkästen, Bienenhotel und Wildhecken.
